Ceramic Tubes and
Rods
McDanel Advanced Ceramic Technologies LLC manufactures various types
of tubes, including single and multi-bore configurations, using
Alumina, Mullite, Zirconia, and Sialon ceramic materials. We produce
our tubes through extrusion, slip casting, and isostatic pressing.
Within these processes we have been able to achieve outside diameters
ranging from as small as 0.020” (0.51mm), all the way up to 9.500”
(251.30mm). These sizes make up our standard catalog products that
are available for purchase
online.
We also have extensive capabilities and experience
in achieving dimensions beyond these standard catalog products,
including larger outside diameters and longer lengths with stricter
tolerances. If your application requires a tube with dimensions
not listed in the catalog, then give us a call at a location
